Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & 3D Visualization

• The "Hybrid" Approach: Bridge the gap between conceptual design and physical execution by creating high-fidelity 3D Digital Twins (Autodesk Maya/Keyshot) to ensure 100% design accuracy before site deployment.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison, translating business objectives into field-ready specifications for high-stakes industrial and commercial clients.

Systems Deployment & Infrastructure

• Integrated Security: Lead the end-to-end installation of mission-critical systems, including IP-CCTV, Biometric Access Control, and Automated Barrier Gates.

• Connectivity & Power: Architect and deploy Fiber Optic backbones, P2P wireless bridges, and 5kVA+ Solar Power Systems to ensure 24/7 uptime for off-grid ICT centers.

• Digital Systems: Oversee the commissioning of smart-city infrastructure and custom-built software logic (POS/Automation) for commercial and residential projects.

Operations & Mentorship

• Resource Logistics: Manage the end-to-end supply chain of technical assets and hardware components to ensure zero-delay site deployment.

• Safety & Standards: Direct all field operations under strict HSE Level 1-3 protocols, maintaining an impeccable safety record in refineries and power plants.

• Talent Development: Serve as Lead Mentor, training new staff and students on installation best practices, hardware diagnostics, and component-level repair.

Security Infrastructure & Access Control

• Estate Security Deployment: Engineered and maintained the full-scale physical security grid for the estate, including the installation of automated barrier gates, pedestrian turnstiles, and biometric magnetic locks.

• Advanced Surveillance: Spearheaded the rollout of comprehensive IP-CCTV and motion-detection systems, ensuring 100% coverage and real-time monitoring of critical entry and exit points.

• Hardware Lifecycle Management: Managed the end-to-end procurement and technical integration of new access control equipment, upgrading legacy systems to modern, digital standards.

Systems Administration & Data Integrity

• Database Management: Designed and maintained the estate's central databases, ensuring the secure storage and high availability of resident data and access logs.

• Network & Cyber Integrity: Served as the Network Administrator, overseeing the stability of the estate's ICT backbone and implementing cybersecurity protocols to protect against unauthorized system access.

Digital Strategy & Growth

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with the Marketing Department to execute Digital Marketing initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance the estate’s online presence and brand visibility to prospective residents.
